Course Description and Outline

During this interactive and information-packed workshop, you'll learn about the history of the organization industry and the many services you can provide, how to organize each and every room in the home, and how to successfully start a business. We'll also teach you all about the organizing process and how to best serve various client types. What's more, you'll receive hands-on training to provide you with practical experience in organization. You'll take part in fun, hands-on exercises that were designed to simulate actual lifelike situations you may encounter in your business. This hands-on approach to learning will give you the confidence and motivation you need to get your business going!

  • The Five Guiding Principles that will bring order to chaos
  • Developing activity spaces and workflow systems
  • Decluttering and sorting all types of items in the home
  • Organizing the home room by room with fixed and movable storage devices
  • How to recognize and serve various client types
  • Business:

    • How to find clients and market your services
    • How to charge for your services
    • How to execute a customized consultation
    • How to follow up
  • We'll also provide you with valuable resources to help you jumpstart your business
