Good news\u2014the spring season is one of the easiest times of the year to achieve curb appeal!\n\nHere are some details you should take into consideration:\n<div style=\"overflow: auto;\">\n<div class=\"half-2\">\n<ul>\n \t<li>Does the front of the house need to be pressure-washed?<\/li>\n \t<li>How does the paint look? Could it use a fresh coat or two?<\/li>\n \t<li>Are the windows in need of a wash?<\/li>\n \t<li>What areas of the front yard\/porch could benefit from pots or boxes of fresh flowers?<\/li>\n \t<li>Are there any dead leaves or branches to be picked up? If so, take care to either rake them or pick them up, and if you need to plant any more grass on the front lawn, now is the time to do so.<\/li>\n \t<li>After the wrath of winter, how does the garden look? As a Home Stager, it is important for you to employ basic landscaping techniques to achieve a clean, tidy space with healthy, blooming flowers. Stay Organized!<\/h3>\nAs a home stager, time management is extremely important. You will have several clients at once, and each individual will have their own needs and schedules, of which you must be both mindful and accommodating.\n\nBe someone who can create order out of chaos, in people\u2019s homes as well as your own workload. This skill is invaluable!\n<h3>2. Put Yourself in Their Shoes<\/h3>\nA great deal of emotion is involved in the selling, and staging, of one\u2019s home\u2014it is a deeply personal process, and often the process of staging is intrusive for clients. The Home Stager must not only recognize this, but also be patient and understanding during the selling process.
