When you step into a beautiful bathroom, the first thing you notice is the vanity. It’s a necessary bathroom fixture that has a lot of design potential.
Painting a vanity is one of the fastest ways to add fresh color to a bathroom redesign. Paint the vanity a fresh color like coastal coral, navy blue or grassy green. If your client is more conservative, choose charcoal, taupe, light gray or a slate blue. No matter what, a color change on this focal point will dazzle your clients.

Who doesn’t love stepping into a gorgeous shower decorated with stunning tile that makes you feel like you’re at a luxurious spa? There are so many color and pattern options that will please any client’s decorating style.
Try solid turquoise or glossy sky blue tiles that evoke your client’s last tropical vacation. Or consider tiles with metallic accents in a herringbone pattern. You can also play with different tile shapes. Trendy options include deep teal octagon tiles or green subway tiles to make a beautiful color statement!
3. Don’t Forget The Doors
Sliders and barn doors continue to be popular, and bringing them into the bathroom will add a major wow factor to any design. Add a pop-of-color to the entry door. A bathroom linen closet door can also work well, and contains the bold color to just one room. You can also try a gorgeous wallpaper pattern on one wall.

Accessories sometimes tend to get overlooked in favor of larger ticket items in a bathroom like the soaker tub, tile floors or custom vanity. But beautiful accessories are a necessary design element that will pull everything together to create a cohesive and balanced space. Without them, a room feels unfinished and impersonal.
Accessories don’t just refer to trios of artisan mason jars with bath salts and cotton swabs. No, here are a few ideas that can inject new energy to the bathroom:
